Cancellation Policy

Please give us 48 hour’s notice, if you need to reschedule, change the duration of your session, or cancel an appointment. Missing, cancelling, changing the duration or rescheduling an appointment within less than 48 hours will result in a fee assessed at 50% of the missed appointment. Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
